Shipping & Returns

*Shipping Information

We will send items out within 24 hours by DHL after receipt of payment. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number where you will be able to check the order status by www.dhl.com. During holidays, inclement weather, and big sales shipping may take a little longer but all customers will be notified of any delays. In order to make sure package safety, a signature is required for all of our orders to be delivered.

NOTE : Please do not put PO Boxes. Delivery company DOES NOT SHIP to PO Boxes. If your order is submitted with a PO Box in the Shipping section, we will contact you to choose an alternate address.


*Delivery Time

United States & Canada: usually 2-3 days

Europe: usually 2-4 days

Africa & South America: usually 3-5 days

Not reach countries: Russia, Brazil, Israel etc.


*Return & Refund

We are committed to your complete satisfaction. We handle returns and exchanges on a case to case basis. Please contact us prior to sending the items back.  

 When you get your hair, please kindly check it as soon as possible.

 

*Within 7 days, accepting full refund or exchange. If for quality reason, we (could) charge shipping fee, if not buyer charge it.

*Within 7-30 days, only accept exchange, while you need to charge the shipping fee

*Any item that has been altered chemically or physically no longer qualifies for an exchange.

 

*All hair must be returned in original package(unaltered, unworn, undamaged ), please put small value of the package under $20 to ensure we can get the hair via DHL or EMS, Don't Use USPS, it is not available.

*To process a return, please email to info@yiliahair.com with the reasons for your return request & your order number so that we may provide you with our return address.
